We want your Laadli piece to reach you safely and quickly. Here is how shipping works.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days of payment confirmation. Made-to-order or customised pieces may take longer — the product page will say so.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 5–8 working days of dispatch, depending on your pin code. Remote areas can take a little longer.
Shipping charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. Any charges for your order are shown at checkout before you pay.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is / is not available.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we will email/SMS you a tracking link. You can also check the status on our Track order page or in My account.
Address and delivery attempts
Please make sure your address, pin code and phone number are correct — we cannot change the address once the order has shipped. If a parcel is returned to us because the courier could not reach you, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged parcels
If the outer packaging looks damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours (see our Returns & cancellation policy).
